Apart from building the capacity of HJKS is committed to upgrade the skill of the unemployed youth in India. It started skill development initiative in the year 2017 in order to bring its unemployed youth to mainstream economy by imparting required skill based training and providing industry specific employment in partnership with Ministry of Rural Development.
Since then HJKS is actively engaged to provide skill based training and placement to the unemployed youths in urban and rural areas of the country.
HJKS has also been engaged as a partner for various skill development training and placement programmes in Assam, Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhay Pradesh under various state Government programmes and National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC).HJKS is successfully executing the projects as per the guidelines. In addition to that HJKS has also participated in various conferences and workshops of regional and national level to promote awareness about skill development training programme.
